The Bot is a private Discord bot that provides Toby Fox-themed functionality including motivational quotes, song recommendations, trivia, and interactive commands. The Website serves as a landing page and information hub for the bot and associated YouTube channel. Both are fan projects and are not affiliated with Toby Fox, Fangamer, or any related entities.
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot or Website. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 13, please do not use the Service.
The Bot is a private, invite-only bot. Access is granted at the sole discretion of the bot owner. We reserve the right to revoke access, remove the Bot from any server, or block any user at any time without notice or explanation.

The Bot and Website are fan creations. UNDERTALE, DELTARUNE, and all related characters, music, and assets are the intellectual property of Toby Fox. We claim no ownership over any copyrighted material referenced by the Bot. All trademarks and copyrighted works remain the property of their respective owners.
The Bot's custom code, the Website's design and content (excluding referenced third-party IP) are provided as a fan project.
The Bot and Website are provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Use at your own risk.
In no event shall the operators of the #1 Toby Fox Fan project be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Bot or Website, including but not limited to indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
